LUNCH AND DINNER PRIVATE DINING PACKAGE

We have come up with 3 packages…

We have a number of possible dining options for you from our Intimate drawing room for up to 12 guests to our fully heated rustic marquee that can accommodate sit-down events up to 85 guests. If you wanted a bit more of a buzzy atmosphere you can have your celebration in the restaurant where we allow groups of up to 14.

Whether you are looking to bring together old friends, celebrate a birthday, or organise a special occasion, Stanton Manor is the perfect venue to do this.

BABY SHOWER PACKAGE

Celebrate the birth of a new arrival with a special baby shower.

Our friendly team will assist you with organising this beautiful occasion, making it perfect for all your friends and family on the day. Start by taking a gentle stroll in our grounds, visit our kitchen garden before the celebrating begins.

For small groups of up to 8 people, we have the Drawing Room in the Manor House.

For groups of 8-30 people, we can host your Baby Shower in the characterful Milking Parlour Lounge/ Restaurant from 1pm – 5.30pm. Alternatively, for any groups larger than 30 we have the elegant Greenhouse Marquee.

ENGAGEMENT PARTY PACKAGE

You’re engaged! Celebrate your way with exclusive use of Stanton Manor.

You can rest assured that we’ll have everything taken care of so you can relax and enjoy the party. We give you the keys to the hotel and you and your guests get to enjoy some good old-fashioned hospitality.

We have a couple of packages to complete your evening, please see below:

Accommodation

Normally when we do exclusive use events your guest pay for their own rooms but.

We have 23 hotel bedrooms that need to be taken so we put a minimum of 23 guests for exclusive use. You can get at least two people in each of our bedrooms (some also have sofa beds) so we think the ideal size for your group is:

23 bedrooms x 2 people= 45 guests

There are lots of local accommodation providers and we can organise taxies so you can go up to 80 guests and still accommodate everyone locally

We offer a set price of £125 per room (single or Double) that includes English Breakfast

Now all you have to do is choose the package that is right for you!

CELEBRATION OF LIFE PACKAGE

Our kind and friendly Events team are happy to help you arrange a celebration of life at short notice. We offer a sympathetic venue for funeral receptions and wakes, where friends and family can gather together to celebrate the life of a loved one.

After saying farewell, you can reminisce and relax - our packages will take care of everything for you.

Available from 11 am until 5.30 pm, with easy access to the hotel bar we can offer our characterful Milking Parlour restaurant for up to 40 guests.

HOUSE PARTY EXCLUSIVE USE PACKAGE

Without a doubt, our exclusive use package is the best way to enjoy Stanton Manor.

This gives you and your friends exclusive use of the hotel for 24hrs.

Here is how a typical exclusive-use event works:

 

11 am

Guest from the previous night check out

12 - 4 pm

You and your guest can start to arrive at the hotel. Use the guest areas to enjoy a drink or order a light lunch. You could also organise an afternoon activity that we can help you with like archery, an in-room Spa treatment. Please note bedrooms are normally ready between 1 pm-3 pm.

 

6 pm

Your guest come down for drinks and canapes in the bar lounge

7:30 pm

You and your guests are invited into the fully heated Green House marquee for a 3-course dinner with drinks 

 

9:30 pm

Guest are invited back into the Bar/ lounge where a disco or band have been set up for late-night dancing

10:30 pm

A late-night hog roast is served on the terrace.

Every walk all of 30 seconds to their lovely cosy bedrooms
